Heraldic Christmas
Starting from the 25th November, the Heraldic Brackenwood t-shirt designs will go on sale. If you want a Bitey shirt, I suggest you wait until the price drops in a few days.
Remember, only the Heraldic designs are going on sale, and it'll be for one month only (25th Nov - 25th Dec):
The later you leave it to order a shirt, the less chance you'll have it by Christmas, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. (Australian orders generally take no more than 3 days).
I won't be dropping the price of the Bracken designs just yet.. they're selling very well and stock is dwindling away fast.. there are still quite a few Small sizes, but the Medium, Large and XLarge will be sold out soon. If you want one for Christmas, better get in quick.
A little Brackenwood delay
The stuff that pays bills has been falling away from me lately.. actually, I don't spend much anymore and it's bills that are stealing all my money. Anyway the sad fact is that almost all my savings are gone and I've found it necessary to pick up a freelance job.
This means the Brackenwood movie is on hold for a week. I gotta admit, I'm hungry for work and a week's pay isn't going to go far so if more comes my way I'll have to pick it up.
I always worked best under extreme pressure though, so in order to pay the bills and get a Brackenwood movie done by New Year, I'll probably fall back into my 'littleFoot' routine of 18 hour days, eating like a bird and sticky eyes.
I have a feeling that the on-again/off-again Flash book that I've been co-writing with Sham Bhangal for about 4 years, will rear its half-finished head in the near future too.
Downloadable Animotds
Recently I put the word out to all my contacts in phone companies, television and online media about my 30 shorts. Basically I was fishing for any interest.. throwing out a line to see if I got any bites. I always hated fishing. Boring as bat-shit.. hours upon hours, any tiny window of excitement dominated by guts, stink, slime and flies.
Where was I? oh yeah.. I didn't get a single response, so screw em all. I'll make these 30 shorts downloadable for PSP and iPod, downloaded directly from my animation page. Coming soon.

Edit: Me again, I think I've made clear how excited I am for the animation DVD's you mentioned Adam, I would be willing to pay up to 50 AUD plus shipping.
Gotta pay the bills man.... as much as that sucks. Im sure everyone will understand the delay man.
On the shirt front... you better have my medium design pulled aside for me! If not and they sell out I will forget Im the ArchBishop of the Church of Adam and cancel an official Phillips Holiday on ya! (Insert Bitey-Fist Icon here.)

Just an idea, but if your in lack of money, maybe creating a product that people would like to buy will give you an extra source of income.
Why not take the example from the guy at cartoonsmart.com or digitalarttutorials.com and create your own series of video tutorials for a price. I know I'd pay for it :)

A shame that such is the fate of animators. All those great ideas and great content and bills come in and ruin everything.
hey keep going those 30 shorts had me cracking my ribs for ages, they're a huge hit in my house and my collage, i do me own animations on flash myself. i like the style you work with, pay those bills and return to ya toonin. if you would, have a peek at my toon on newgrounds, type the janitor massacre. gd work
