Where the hell have you been?

So I haven't posted in a while because of Waterlollies: my latest Brackenwood. I'm quickly updating the blog with a short post to let you know that I do intend to return to frequent blogging, but right now I'm under this wickedly tight schedule to finish Waterlollies in time for the Annecy submissions deadline.

Between now and the end of January, I'll post more screenshots as I go through the movie, to keep you updated on Waterlollies progress in a kind of production blog thing. Here's an image from the movie that shows the work in Flash 8. More to come!

Wow, that single frame alone is stunning, can't wait to see the finished short! How you keep improving this stuff is totally beyond me. Adding to that your taking time out of your life to add guides, tips, tricks on making realistic effects and replying to emails with absolutely heaps of information like you did for me a while ago - I have the upmost respect for you, your work and what you give back to the community.

Many thanks and good luck meeting your deadline!

That is extremely amazing. As always, the detail is stunning, but you've made it that much more stunning since your last short.

A question though. Is not naming your layers a way to hide information, or do you just not name your layers?

Wow man....Love you art. You inspired me to be a Flash Artist and I thiankyou for that. I mean..I'm only 11 and you inspired me! Just to let you know, me and all my mates love your work and so do the rest of us. I've actually done an article about you over being a modern day "leader". You inspired me and countless others which was the main reason of my choice. Great work man. Love your style. Your truly from your greatest fan,
