Thanks to erain for sponsoring the competition, and thanks to everyone else for the hard work they put into their entries!
The Bitey Castle Halloween eCard Competition Rules were:
- It must be done in Flash and output to .swf format
- Dimensions 500x200px
- Max file-size 600Kb.
- A bit of blood's ok, but go easy on the gore. Gore means things like brains splattered, sliced eyeballs, or open jugulars. Creepy doesn't have to be gorey. As a guide, try scaring your mum without making her vomit.
- All content in the movie MUST be your own work. Don't use music, characters, animation, etc. that isn't your own, otherwise I can't publish it here on the site.
- I'm the judge, and nobody argues when I've chosen the winner :D
- If your animation has won another competition, I'm afraid it's not eligible for this one. Preferably it should've been created specifically for this competition.
- Email the swf to me no later than October 31 (2004 of course).
