I ordered FL Studio from Image Line and they said it would be e-mailed to me in 24 hours. I haven't gotten it for two weeks but I still lost 100 bucks. Is there something I'm missing? I need advice from someone who's downloaded this program, or any other FL products.

Can't help you with this, but have you tried posting on their forums or mailed their customer support?

I emailed them several times, and I even called their recommended hotline and I haven't gotten answers from either. They made an instruction manual, which was bogus (spelling errors and numbers out of order etc) and didn't help at all, just led me in circles. I would be happy just getting my hundred bucks back, but I can't contact them to ask for a refund.
