[update]  It's been switched over for a while.  I'm just editing out the bad links.

It's in no way complete, but I've got enough finished to be able to show it off.

This is the new design.  There's a few dummy links in the main menu that link to animations, a gallery and such since I haven't decided how I want to do the Content page, and I haven't fully programmed the main menu links (I can't set custom links yet).

Here is the new design in comparison to the old one.

The redesign has been a really ambitious project.  The information for everything is stored in a database - content items, content categories, pages (displays anywhere from 0 to all categories), menus, etc.  Each page can be set to use a different template set, whether or not comments are linked to, what tag words to filter content through, how many items to display on a page, etc.  Categories control what content items are defined as, how they're displayed, what kinds of content can be commented on, etc.

Eventually I'll have the underlying system to a point where I can release the code as an open-source project like PHPBB and WordPress.

Really like the new layout, nice and clean. The banners in the center on the first page give a nice atmosphere.
Don't know what else to add, I like it...  Grin
