Just wondering at what FPS do the brackenwood animations run at?

And also when we are seeing a foreground and background, how is the background made out of focus/extremely blurred? For example:

I believe BW shorts run at 24/25fps (pal-standard) or 30fps (ntsc-standard). But you'd have to ask Adam to be sure.
It's pretty high in any case, but I don't think he animates on ones.
For blurry background you can use a filter in flash (I believe this is possible since cs3... give or take a version). If you're using an older version you can export the background and do a blur filter in a image-editing program (photoshop, fireworks, gimp, etc...)

Adam uses 30fps I tnik, which is Disney's Standard.
