WDA #36: Tiny Worlds - Part 1 - Population

Although they are not the most complex organisms in the universe, their creations are. Similar to humans almost. They communicate through exaggerated blinking and eye movements as they don't have mouths.

Just a rough sketch but its going to be my Final

So i wish i had time to do the whole tiny worlds weekly comp but i dont. I did though like the idea and painted this.

Added some colors I might want for these guys, but rushed the concept due to some current homework demands for this week. They are tiny fish-like creatures except with a tail that can be pushed through the body that expands into a parachute-type shape that allows for easy flight, especially given their tiny size.

here is my concept i redid the main design, made the anatomy a bit more tiny-looking ^^
i have so many more ideas in mind but for the first round this should be fine ^^

@cantdraw: are those your finals? or will you choose your main?

@ravenseye: this is not much of a character concept, sorry to say that, i really like it! you should add it to the final part of this wda, but as for the character design it doesnt fit the brief, sorry

maybe you can come up with a quick concept you can upload before i close this topic

I call them McNac-Nacs or "Lemon-Headed Dust Bunnies" The one on the right is a pregnant female and the left is a male. That freaky festering red thing on the right is a BABY BOY! HOORAY!!
