Those are looking pretty good.
I would suggest investing in a camera though, you lose alot of quality in scanning.
I have a few crits if you don't mind taking them. Smiley
I think you should work on hair, chuck's has no texture (unless it was lost in scanning).
The top of quinton's ear is a little too disconnected from his head and I think he needs to be darker, I thought he was a white guy at first.
His nose needs a bit more work, it's kind of flat
I'm also curious as to why you didn't draw the hand, unless you have a specific reason, it looks unprofessional.
