I think that would be great. I was really sad when the monthly illustration activities died out and it would be awesome to see them back!

Since we're all here because we have marvelled at the Brackenwood universe I suggest we try some more Brackenwood-ie themed stuff. Like create what a Brackenwood vampire, werewolf, mummy, etc. would look like. Brackenwood a well known environment like a evil scientist lair/castle.

I am opposed to this. I don't see how werewolves and vampires would fit into the Brackenwood world. Imho it's best to leave Brackenwood to Adam Phillip's imagination.

I was thinking about allowing a WDA to have extended dealine of 3 or 4 days and run parallel with the next WDA when there are less then 3 entries. Toughts?

Perhaps a BW character redesign WDA?

I remember having a BW character redesign WDA once before. It got a lot of activity. I see no harm in doing old topics again.

Oh, and is it just me or are all the WDA banners not working?

Nope, it's not just you. I was wondering about that as well. I will check into it.  Wink

I would definitely participate in a Brackenwood character redesign.  Sounds fascinating.

Yay for one week WDA  Smiley

Agreed, I hated waiting for a new topic because sometimes it seemed to never come  Tongue

edit: I forgot to ask, how do you recommend topics for WDA (if you even can)? I was always kind of curious where the ideas come from...

Some I was having in mind:

Redesign the DeLorean from Back To The Future
Larger then life: giant creature attacking city
Visualize Robot Love
PostApocalyptic Funfair
Planet Devourer
Combine 2 animals in 1 (we did this before, but it's a fun exercise I think)
Draw the scariest thing you could possibly think of (this might get gross tough Tongue )
Design a set of 5 forum smilies. (could be fun... more smilies are nice)
Secret Agent: Draw your own James Bond style character
Other: Bond Girl, Supervillain, Henchmen, etc

Thinking about doing some more non character oriented stuff... but I think most people like doing characters the most.
What do you guys think?

So many of those topics sound fun, haha. But I do favor character oriented WDA's. I still think it'd be cool to see what other people come up with for the non character ones too though.

Current WDA doesn't seem very popular, what do you guys want to do next?
