I want to animate forever......

i know this is going to sound really stupid but, when i used to start up flash i'd get the screen with general and templates on it that you'd choose what you wanted to do. well i stupidly clicked the 'do not show me this on start up' button and now i want it back but don't know how to get it back.

please help...
