Hey i have a question how about 3D animations in flash as in 2d that looks like 3D how do u do it?  do you draw your drawing and then like use a program that makes it 3D or what?

There are a few ways to do this.

Swift3D which allows you to create 3D animations and export them as a vector animation, that can be imported into Flash.
Or Parpervision 3D.
