Thanks guys!!! Your compliments are very kind.

Yeah dude Shapesifting is so much fun. Its a real challange. The coolest thing for me is I have always wanted to create art as entertainment and when I heard about andrew doing live paintings I was like hell ya I must learn the ways!!! I belive next month or the month after I will be doing my first live performance at a slam poetry show where my friend has been doing music for these guys. I have no desire to stop working towards concepting but on an overall of selling my work as prints people are reacting to this work alot more then some of the older stuff I was working on. Another great thing with shape sifting Is its a great break from painting constantly and becomes almost more of a puzzle. Where does this shape go what can I use it for ... Will it be effective. Its probably slowing me down towards geting to work in the concept feild but hell its paying my bills currently.

it's brilliant these shape sifting stuff. i wouldn't even know where to begin making one of my own which makes it all that more awe inspiring. and doing it live is even more amazing, takes a lot of confidence and belief in your craft man.

when you do the live performance is there a chance you could record it? would be cool to see.

Sorry I  havent been around in a while guys ... another computer crash and was moving into my home.

RVD I would love to get it on film. I think it would be amazing to be able to show others the life setting. My friend is a filmer and would probably be down to do it.

I find this to be a great composition and extremely impressive for 3 hrs. I can see this as a layout with a character coming out from behind the trunk on the left. Thumbs up all around.

I just imagined some sort of quadruped beast skimming up the top of the rightmost trunk, leaping down and clearing the rest of the river on the rocks. Very creative, and the lighting is fantastic. Eerie, but somehow relaxing.

Well I probably shouldnt even be throwing this up before I get the sig from Shinrai ... But yeah here it is. Shin gave me a sketch of one of his gnarly creatures that we discussed would look cool. To give him Ideas I threw some various things at him like a creature with lots of feathers ... and maybe a rack of 4 antlers. He went from there and did all the rest and well I figured the sketch would look different it still was extremly gnarly. So After a few weeks I thought up how I wanted the scene to look and went at the painting. Heres the sketch and finished painting. Hopefully posting on deviant after I send to him and he sees it. Shhh dont tell that I gave you guys sneak peaks!
