Im on a mac and cant seem to find any software to do this for me, im willing to send the swf if your willing to convert and send it back. would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend SWF2Video Pro, from www.flashants.com
it costs money but it's what I've been using to convert my SWFs to image sequences and video files since hitchHiker. It's really the only trouble-free one out there but if you're interested in trying a few others, here's a review on my blog:
