Yeah I also think the torso is a little too elongated and perhaps the exaggeration on the waist pushed a touch too far.

I drew over to see if I could get your proportions a little better

I also think you need to study breasts! I bet you don't hear that every day  Grin
At the moment they seem to be pulling in a little too much and look kinda weightless making them look unnatural. Part of that may just be the backpack you have on her though.

Wow! Thanks a lot for the great feedback!

I've made her a few inches shorter, and tried to fix the breasts, but I'm not sure how successful I was.
I've tried to make the left one be closer to the arm pit, but the backpack was in the way. Bottom line is, after "fixing" the left breast, the right one seemed too small, so I "fixed" it too. Now they're both too big.  argh!

Any idea how I can fix her breasts without making them huge? I have no idea how to compensate for the backpack :S

Btw, how do I implement the whole "sitting on rib cage" thing? I cant tell if how it should look from this angle.

EDIT: One last thing. The neck's all wrong. Been painting it over and over for 2 hours now. @_@ What am I doing wrong?

Yeah I thought the backpack would be tricky.
One thing you could try is squashing one of the breasts over a little

If you're still finding size an issue you could try using the liquify tool in PS to save the work of painting over.

I think since you painted over it's looking pretty good already, the basic idea was to make sure that the breasts are reacting to what's underneath them and not just being big helium balloons.
