You have such a fun animation style! It's a treat to watch you grow.
If you aspire to work for a big studio, pour 110% of your effort into one piece. In can be short - 10 seconds or so - but try to incorporate acting, weight, arcs,
consistency. It's clear that you have skill, and you know the principles of animation, but you must demonstrate that you can do entry-level studio work. A lot of these exercises could supplement a reel, but you really really need to finish out a piece.
