how would yall in the forum go about creating wind thts in a visible shape, im trying to create a man with legs of wind, any tips?

so far the winds just blue color with the brush tool. Undecided

Check out the Wind Traders from WoW (if you don't play, maybe you can find some video). These are wind people that are made of spinning wind funnels, like tornadoes for their limbs. They wear clothing and armour and it might be what you're looking for.

(just in case you were having a hard time finding them)


these could be old I am not much of a WOW guy myself.

I would probably take Adams suggestion and go with this whirlwind look and use a wind-esque color with a bit of transparency Best of luck man!

Like this?

Constant motion and a blur makes it look very good, so I suggest a rapidly animated movie clip, blurred and then add a mask to shape it, if needed.

Create drapery moving like in a blue alphaed faded out and have some masks that make it look smokey.

Or do them in after effects I can show you some great tutorials.

What was the design originally?

well it was like a human upperbody bot from hes waist light blue color went down in lines,,, u know what ill post a test of him in animation so u can c, ill call the thread windman in look at my anim. ofc
