Basically i have noticed that there are many words that are not in the dictionary... and i was wondering... can the users help develop new words? that is checking the existing dictionary for similar syllables first... but i wanted to know if there was a logical process in creating Sarus words?

one word:
 synonyms
that's all you need to know for getting a vast majority of words.

The existing Sarus dictionary is based on the 1000 most-used words in English. There are rules (some strict and some loose) and some categorisation but otherwise, nothing "logical" per se about how a particular word is formed. The limited core of the language dictates that it will always be little more than a reasonably complex word substitution cipher for very basic communication. It took me around 3-4 years to develop but if it were a full featured conlang and I was a conlangs expert, it would be a lifetime pursuit and the language would be much more usable.

Unfortunately it's not an open collaboration but there are others on this forum developing and promoting their own languages, so I encourage you to do the same. Sarus never was meant to be a fully fledged language for every day use, just something that could be used in Brackenwood episodes for basic Yuyu subtitling. Still, it's fun to use in secret messages and basic communication. As lightbitey said, synonyms are your friend. Just as long as you understand that, as it's difficult enough to develop names of plant and animal species, there'll never be single words for modern items and concepts like bluRay, photoshop, gun, internet, phone, etc Grin
