I can tell from this you have a good and clear understand of minor, your shifts from minor to major are very well done.

Other than that, I would work on the atmosphere of your sound, I hear lots of synth piano, organ, and padded ambiance. You might try working with some high-quality samples or maybe add in a few more atmospheric tracks for depth, otherwise a good start Smiley
