Hey man, those scetches are really nice, i like them, nice concepts!
i like the slight color tint, maybe i wouldnt make those spackeled dots ( as in the bridge buildings pic )
IF u need to do something in the back, take a  barely visible texture...

keep at it man! i can see some great concepts coming
