I payed for chapter 4 a few days age and then paypal sent me an email of my receipt but I still haven't gotten an email containing the download link. Is something wrong or do I just have wait a while longer?

Adam is quite the busy man and he has to distribute them himself.  I'm sure he hasn't had time to check that anyone has purchased one of his chapters.  I'd recommend shooting him an email to remind him, or PMing him on here.
