This animation made me happy in so many ways. I must have watched the 2D animation of the chef chopping the octopus about 10 times in a row. Really dramatic and beautifully done. I adore the facial expressions of the octopuses, the popping noises as they walk (crawl). I especially loved the widening of the camera view when the truck lunched into the air when racing down the side streets. Great sense of height. Little details like the suckers on the window during the window wiping screen made me smile. Too much to mention.

All in ll a great wee short you have to watch. Smiley

(And before you correct me on the word octopuses, thinking it should be octopi...you're wrong. Wink )

I love this one and got to meet one of the animators in Siggraph vancouver, it's the kind of 3D stuff that make me think it wouldnt hurt to learn 3D after all :p

I LOVE OCTOPI!! Eee!  They're so cool and intelligent!

The final expression on the lady octopus was hilarious- she's like, "Oh, BULL.  S***."
