Toon Boom Animate 2 - Missing elements

Hi,

I am facing some missing elements that was unable to be drag into a new scene.

For example, a character-walk cycle.tpl. is created and save. I create another scene with the same character nodding his head. Now i want to make the character walk and nod his head. Hence i tried dragging the character-walk cycle.tpl into the scene. However the character's legs and hands are missing.

Can you advise what went wrong?

Hi pixel, the only issue that comes to mind is timeline length. Make sure your timeline is long enough to show all the frames.

For example, let's say your original animation in the template is 60 frames long: a hose with water coming out. The water doesn't start until frame 30. Therefore the water layer from frames 1-29 is blank.

Now you want to import this template into a scene that only has 25 frames. It would look like the water is missing, but all you have to do it extend the timeline until you can see all the frames of the water.
