everything is below is done in ToonBoom

My ToonBoom character...hopefully I will be animating him soon

I realized that whenever you search for walk/run cycles on the net you only get ones which show on the side of a character so I made this,the blue lines are guides

nice work man! Very vivid colours there, and the football one has great sense of depth. As you have such a heavy blur on the crowd, I'd suggest also blurring the goal a bit because, sitting crisp and sharp in amongst the grass, it feels very tiny, rather than far away.

Thanks for the compliments Adam and thanks for the tip! I try to keep shading to a minimum since I'm using a mouse by using tones/highlights, some of my favourite features in Toon Boom.
p.s the crowd is a bunch of huge colourful brush strokes
