Heya, I haven't been on in a while and still need to update my profile big time. But I have been racking my brain to think up some kind of animation. (You know for practice and to make a name for myself) this is a character test I did a short while back. Please ignore the less than adequate lighting, I am still learning how to properly portray a 3D feel.

Heya Fyrzz =),

Nice, try adding some more of the animation principles into your movement, I'm not sure what you are trying to go for but it has quite a limited feel at the moment. Even just a slight overshoot of the head and then settle it into position quickley will give it a good sturnn angry feel, he has quite a fast swing of the head and it stops dead and looks a bit un-natural.

This clip reminded me of some old 90's shows like X-Men or Spider-Man. The spacing of each drawn frame, and the speed at which they're shown seemed to match cartoons back in the day. I feel like if you're trying to accomplish something big in a small period of time (like those shows would create a half-hour's worth of images in one week) then the pace of what you have so far is a pretty standard one.

Sure it could have a little more wiggly of a head. And foam could drip from its mouth or something. But I really don't think you absolutely NEED more.
