Or that's at least how I felt when I was reading it. Took me quite some time to read through all of it. The story is parted into 10 pages, and the last four pages have a lot more content than the six first ones. It was a very good read. All the people I know who's read it all say it's really good, so there's a good chance you will like it too. Here's the link to the site : http://www.angelfire.com/trek/caver/page1.htmlOh, and one last thing. When you've read the entire story, picture how it would be if it was animated by Chluaid.

Woah!
I read all of that, and i got mad goosebumps and genuinely freaked out. Great read, but is it true? What you think?
Too many unlicky conveniences for it to seem real. I dunno. I would love it to be but I highly doubt it for some reason.

I have to agree, it freaked me out, and it was a fun read. But I just couldn't get past licking the conveniences.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain

lol Spleling fial. Anyway i researched it more: SPOILER Highlight to reveal: It is actually a rewording of another fictional horror story written by Thomas Lera, and is called "The terror in hupmans cave"... (Search: THE TERROR IN HUPMAN'S CAVE - and the web address is liguiel.net or something) This Ted guy reworded a few things, took pictures (that made it so much more believable)... Ah well, it was fun getting freaked out and believing it for a short while.

man it makes you a little more cautious about caving. I'm not a "caver" per-say but I've gone a few times and I love it and this story hits the nail on the head as far as the experience goes. it was definitely spooky.

It was a fun read, in fact I was almost late to work because I was so caught up reading it.

Twisted stories are nearly always fun to read; even though it's not entirely original, I'm curious to see where he might have taken it from there.
What is the unknown terror? What is the secret of the creeping stone o' death? Will our heroes' friend Joe turn out to be the fodder he appears to be? Stay tuned to this abandoned site! ...or not

Lol even that link doesn't work. I think I know which one you're talking about though. The one where the guy is laying in between the rock smiling at the camera right? Those pictures really sold the story.
