so this took 14 hours to make. Please tell me what you think of it and how I could improve next time...

There's really no need to focus on animating every frame. Instead, you should try blocking out the keyframes and filling in where necessary. You've got a good sense of volume. You could get a lot more done in 14 hours if you focused on the keyframes before tackling the inbetweens.

What does blocking out the keyframes mean? I know what keyframes are but I dont know what blocking is.

It means to lay something out carefully; it's not an animation term. There's nothing wrong with animating straight ahead, but I find it helps to set up my keyframes so I can play around with the timing and motion before doing inbetweens. And I rarely animate on 1's because it eats up so much of your production time. You can always go back and smooth out anything you've got the extra time for. That said, you've got skills, man. Keep it up.
