I don't really understand why the rp threads are in the stories section, but oh well. Far be it from me to disrupt the status quo. So here I go.
For the past few days, my friends from another forum have been starting up a role-playing forum and asked me to work on some stuff for them like skinning the forum and making the logo and some other artwork. That was all fine and dandy, but I figured if I was that involved in the project I might as well join it.
It's an original story/setting, so it's got potential. From what I gathered from the background story, a century into the future there's like some American colony in Korea and a bunch of mysterious catastrophes going on between a robotics company and the mafia and whatever. It's explained better on the forum than what I'm doing right now. It's a "cyberpunk" setting, I guess.
It's pretty organized right off the bat, or more so than some other rp forums I've been a part of. (PvN *shudder*) they're still trying to get some members, so just join and make a character. Try it out. If you like it, that's great. If not, it's cool. If you like role-playing forums/threads, you can be one of the first members and rub that in the newbies' faces later. That's always fun, right?
So check it out.
