Also one thing that ive reacently discovered is with dark values like the capes shadows you can change the hue of your color so its the same value and mix in different colors to the shadows to make them more interesting.

Very brave! Not many people with an established fanbase like yours would willingly throw themselves at their mercy like this.

Don't stop! Even if you find it's not your thing you'll find that what you learn will carry over into your animations in some form.

Thanks! I don't really see it as a brave move though.. we have so many talented people here with a diverse mix of skills. As a result this forum is an awesome place to learn stuff, even for the Admin  Wink
I'm good at some things, but not so good at others. I guess that's the reason many of us are here.. to learn, share and teach. Hopefully I can improve my Photoshop painting skills thanks to those who are better at it. I just feel lucky to have the support of this great community.. I don't have to look far, it's all right here.

Welcome btw. Hope you find what you're looking for and you like what you find!

Nice use of thirds though, balances it out a lot better and the clouds are orgasmic.

Keep at it Adam, Bleegs will always find improvements. Great start though. Are you going to be doing more bitmap work?
