Arthur, man.  Shocked

This stuff is sooo great. I've followed you for quite some time and I have to say, you just keep getting better and better...and better.  I can't wait to see the Backwater Gospel. It looks like it'll take animation enthusiasts by storm. It looks so promising, and the style alone already pulls me in. Everything is so great, dude!

Can't wait to see more!

I am completely awestruck Com...completely.

Backwater Gospel is amazing, I absolutely love the look and feel of it. It's like a bunch of marionettes made from paper-thin wood cut their strings and enacted a Salem Witch Trial in the most dark and grotesquely beautiful animation ever.

I'm completely blown away. I anxiously await it's release.

I really liked the voice actor in that, she did fantastic with the emotion, and the animation and style went very well with the content.

I admire your ability to put into sight and sound even the most difficult of emotions we are heir to. You could easily be a film director with the talent you have (if you were to ever so choose). Part of that comes from the actors, but it is the director that recognizes the talent in certain people and chooses them for the roles.

I went back and looked at Backwater Gospel, the more I watch it the more I (this will sound very unmanly of me but eh it's the truth) fall in love with it. I simply can not wait to see the final product.

I hope you are inducted to the 11secondclub. You deserve it.

CHEERS!!

Nice!!!!!!  Tongue i'm going to go through and vote later, I spotted a little "AGL" on her neck there  Grin, I like her last action the best. I only found the "wash the dishes" bit distracting, swinging the scrubber a bit much and it seemed to cut a little late to the reverse shot. It's all great though, I like her design too!

Thanks for the comments guys=D
Bucks, I  agree with you on that one. the "wash the dishes" part is  my least favorite bit of this being too over the top and unnatural.
^_^Can't believe you saw the "AGL"! It's starting to get a bad habit of mine to do that stuff (It's also somewhere in "Backwater Gospel"=P)
Hopefully the "AGL" will not get too visible as I later read that you aren't really allowed to put your name in the actual animation (makes the voting unfair, can lead to disqualification) =P

I don't think it will matter, it's pretty small.

Did you use PAP for this?

No, I used TVP animation. I used it for 3 months in Copenhagen when I was working on a short (the one with the two kids that can be seen in the showreel)
Great app, no need to use paper and pencil ever again!

Btw, they are giving out the Pro version of PAP for free now

Pretty much the same as TVP. I just used TVP because I was most used to it from the time in Copenhagen.
