Nice work. I really like the character too, nice exagerated proportions. On the animation, maybe delay the arms one or two frames or so from the rest of the walk so it'll be a little less mechanical (tough I'm not an animator, so this could be bad advice I'm giving  ).

I'm horrible at walking cycles because I never really knew how it worked. Obviously, you do and even go to college for it, the walking cycle is awesome I can't wait to see it finished. Also, what do you go to college for?

I think you should make the walk more slow, even if it's just keyframes it will be a bit too fast for a walk in high heels. Now, I'm not a woman but they sure as hell like to complain about their pain after walking in high heels.

That looks much better. I'm a bit confused with the colouring tough, did you deliberatly coloured outside of the lines and all? (As in going for a scruffy look)
