Thanks to whoever edited my post to add the poll. I didn't even realize the option was there.
However I think at least for this first competition only the votes that are actually posted as replies will be counted (at the moment there is one of those votes missing for Tophatwonder).
Next time around though the poll option will be used.

No... the poll is not in use for this competition (see my post above). Tophat actually has two votes to Brakken's one, and I'm guessing you voted whistlingboy, which is what I've finally decided my vote will be as well. That makes the totals so far:

Tophatwonder: 2

whistlingboy: 2

Brakken: 1

Don't use the poll, people! Reply to this thread with your vote!

It's Sunday and the votes are tied. Now there are a few ways to resolve this. The simplest would probably be to just wait one more day. I was kind of playing with the idea of a brutal fight to the death to settle it, but it's a little too much work to plan so I'm just gonna extend the deadline for votes until one of the entrants has more votes than the other two.

is it me or does no-one seem to be that interested in this comp??? Huh?

in all honesty, i think you should give it to tophatwonder. he put so much more work into it than i did. mine only took about an hour at most.

Since this thread is going nowhere (votes-wise) and both Brakken and whistlingboy agree...

Congratulations Tophatwonder! You win!

You know what that means? It means he/she gets to choose the topic for the next unofficial animation competition. And maybe one day I'll get to making banners (or whatever you wanna call them) for winners to put in their signatures, and retroactively award him one.

So Tophat if you're reading this think long and hard about a good topic for the next competition and then PM me so I can get the next one rolling.
