90% of the Brackenwood population came here from Newgrounds, so we assume it's an obvious one. I guess it belongs in the list though.

As we said at the top of the first post, feel free to suggest links and resources to add
.. rather than asking why they're not in the list Wink

I think that http://www.stopmotionanimation.com should really be added to the "animation communities" list, as it's the main community and resource for stop-motion animators and admirers.

http://www.pelleas.net/aniTOP/ - a wonderful blog with in-depth analysis. Covers mostly anime, but also other rare films that aren't covered elsewhere.
http://hydrocephalicbunny.blogspot.com/ - not very frequently updated these days, but there's a wealth of entries dating back years about some weird and great animation.

I suppose Animatsiya in English (my blog covering Russian animation) could be added if you think it's notable.

The oreillynet links in the middle of the first post are broken. They include the ellipses from the text. Any chance those could get fixed? I couldn't find the articles just by searching.

Yep StopMotionAnimation.com  has been around for years. It can be a bit tricky at times to navigate but it has tons of info.
An easier one to read / easier on the eye is at  StopMotionCentral.com and think for stop motion animators should be added to that whopper of a list.
