Hey guys.

Ive decided its time to do a complete remake of my site, and try and pursue some freelance work, as i am a bit of a starving student right now.

Im making a thread about the layout as its something ive never done before and im sure it might interest some of you guys.

What i have done so far is modelled the layout in 3dsmax,( the model is about 20000 polies), then rendered out a front view from the orthographic viewport.

This is how it came out of the program.

And right now I'm in the stages of modifying it in photo shop.
This is what i have so far.

Any crits and comments are greatly appreciated.

I'dd make all the ornamentation smalled proportionally. You're gonna draw too much attention to the design of the site as opposed to the content I think.
