Made some new cloud brushes, messing about: That looks fantastic! Could you elaborate a bit on how you did it?

I think I'm happy with these proportions, just need to try some different armor designs. Edit: Oh and I'll post a step by step on those clouds later...

Made some new cloud brushes, messing about: jesus! I thought it was a photo too.. in fact if it weren't for the little airbrush-looking flare in the middle, I'd swear it was. Can't wait for your step-by-step

I think the last two fit him the best. I also like the first two, but they're a bit too much the standard space marine combat gear. The last two feel more oldskool and authentic to me personally.

Going with option D. Well, here are my final concept roughs. This is a rush job now, but I kinda knew the general direction I wanted to go. Hopefully it's working because I've not the time to over think it. My first thumbs are always straight garbage, mostly for me to think it through. I don't usually post these, but in the spirit of the comp: The direction I'm headed: Now to paint like my life depended on it!

Wow humble great work your doing. I really dig the styles your pulling off. Have you considered a rediculusly larger armor style kind of like world of warcraftish with like mega huge sholder armor and crazy long horn gear and such? I would guess it would be pritty interesting. Do you post up step by steps on your website or something? Those clouds are excenlent would love to be able to make them look that nice. Armor maybe something crazy like this.

It's kind of like we've all just had a massive orgy with your creativity; to put it bluntly. You ever realise how much of your personal side you show us by revealing your sketchbook? It's quite fantastic. It's almost as if I know you now.
Oh and your art is just fantastic. Nothing short of breath-taking. I can see where you try and deviate from "your style," but it seems you always come back to the same one.
