Here you can share some random/funny/weird/creepy/ etc. stories ^^ Sooo yeah... I think my toilet it haunted >.> it randomly flushes when no one's around and also it has no water in it, which is alot stranger for the flushing. It's just freaky   |

Four for good measure. Once, in the middle of a winter night, I had a stare off with a racoon. I was sitting in the game room watching House around 2:00 AM when I heard a scraping noise on the window behind me. I opens the window to find the tree in front of it swaying back and forth, striking the window as it did so. At first I though it was just the wind, but staring down through the glare of the lights behind me, I noticed something climbing up the tree. I thought it was my cat being silly at first, considering the furry blob was gray and black, but as the creature got closer I noticed different ears and realized it was a racoon. I simply watched it as it climbed at first, but when it got to about half a foot below me I knocked on the window with the back of my knuckle. The racoon froze and raised its head up, its eyes wide and frightened. I looked down at it with a raised eyebrow thinking "What are you doing?" and the racoon, after realizing it was a human, looked back up to me with a suprisingly cute expression as if to say "Oh sorry, I didn't realize anyone was around". The stare held for about 10 seconds, then the racoon began its decent down the tree. At about 2:30, I heard the scraping at the window again. I smiled to myself and let the little guy get on the roof that time. The next day, I went into the backyard with and apple in my hand and was about to bite into it when I heard a crunching noise on the roof. Looking up into one of the corners the shingles made, I saw the racoon huddled into a little ball an some the the snow that remained from a few days ago. I yelled "Hey!" to get his attention, then when he saw me I tossed the apple in front of him. He reached out for and took it, then held it under one arm as he hobbled to the other side of the roof. Cute little guy. |

I once heard a banging at my window while watching Batman and Robin (odd, I know.) I opened my window and in flew a bat. it got scared because my dog got up and started barking at it. it''s odd, batman attracts bats.

I think my house is haunted too. Whenever I shower I turn the radio on, and maybe 1 out of 10 times the water will shut off for half a second and the radio will just change stations. And its always when I'm washing my face (eyes closed) and it scares the crap out of me. Also, sometimes, there will be a tapping that travels across my bedroom wall. Creepy as hell.

one day, when I'd just moved into this house, I was laying on my mattress on the floor. (I didn't have a bed at that point) the window and the curtains where open to let in some light and air. Suddenly, a little blue tit flies up, lands on the little bar that hold the window open, and hops across it into my room. it then flies around my room twice, sits on the curtain rail, looks around, stairs at me then flies off out again. he was a cute little guy. |
